Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Include all accessories and tags

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been worn or damaged by the customer.
• Original packaging is missing.
• The return request is made after 7 days.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
